Perlu diketahui bahwa kode station MRT berdasarkan wilayah operasinya hal ini penting diketahui supaya tidak salah naik dan tidak sampai ke tujuan yang di tuju. Setidaknya ada 5 jalur yang di operasikan di MRT Singapore yaitu:
